Locus Reports

Our locus reports deal with accident sites. We will visit any site in mainland England and provide a clear series of photographs (and videos where required) of the scene.

We will show the lead up to the accident location from the perspective of first one driver and then the other, plus any other drivers or witnesses' point of view. We will also provide some overview shots which often give the viewer a clearer perception of the scene. We provide raised and aerial images together with a plan of the site with mesurements.

To compliment the photographs, we report upon the various factors influencing the locus, such as the road surface type, gradients, signage, speed limits, etc.

The report coplies with current civil procedure rules for expert witnesses so can be used in Court. Our photographers will also attend Court to verify their findings and confirm their statement of truth whenever required, subject to an additional cost.
